Commercial Snow Removal, Relocation & Hauling
Recover parking spaces and truck access when snow storage runs out.
On many commercial sites the limiting factor is not plowing — it is where the snow goes. Spartan relocates snow on site with loaders and hauls it off site with dump trucks so parking capacity, truck manoeuvring space and sightlines are restored.

Snow stacking and on-site relocation
Early in the season snow is pushed to planned storage areas. As piles grow, loaders relocate them to less disruptive parts of the property — away from parking rows, exits, loading doors and drainage.
Loading and off-site hauling
When a site has no remaining storage, loaders load dump trucks and snow is hauled to approved off-site locations. Work is generally staged to reduce disruption to daily operations.
Problems hauling solves
- Parking spaces lost to piles at retail and office sites
- Tractor-trailer turning radius blocked in yards
- Piles blocking sightlines at exits and intersections
- Meltwater running across pavement and refreezing overnight
- Snow banks blocking fire routes and accessible parking
Planned rather than reactive
Snow storage limits are identified during the pre-season site review, so hauling is a planned part of the winter scope instead of an emergency decision in February.
