Spartan operates around the clock through the winter season with more than 150 workers and over 50 pieces of equipment. That depth means we can respond to properties facing an urgent winter problem, not only the sites on our regular routes.

How we mobilize
We confirm what the property needs, identify the equipment required — loaders for volume, skid steers for tight areas, trucks for hauling, crews for pedestrian areas — and dispatch from the closest available resources. Salt comes from our own domes, so material availability is not the bottleneck.
Emergency work becomes documented work
Even on emergency calls, service is GPS tracked and photographed on site so you receive a record of what was done. We will also tell you plainly what the site needs going forward.
Response expectations
Response depends on storm conditions, road access and available equipment during an active event. We will give you a realistic commitment when you call rather than a promise we cannot keep in a major storm.
