Industrial Snow Removal & Ice Management
Large paved areas, heavy truck traffic and operations that cannot stop for weather.
Industrial sites are the properties Spartan has grown around since 2006. Large yards, trailer parking, dock aprons and 24-hour shift operations need volume equipment and continuous service through a storm, not a single visit after it ends.

What industrial properties demand
- Large paved yards cleared with loader-scale equipment
- Truck lanes and trailer manoeuvring space kept open
- Loading dock aprons and dock doors cleared to pavement
- Employee parking cleared around shift changes
- Fire routes and emergency access maintained
- Snow relocated before it consumes trailer parking
Servicing around shifts, not around us
Facilities running multiple shifts have hard timing constraints. We plan service windows around shift changes and shipping schedules, and we plow repeatedly during an event so trucks keep moving instead of stacking at the gate.
Equipment scaled to the site
With a fleet of over 50 machines — loaders, tractors, skid steers and trucks — we assign volume equipment to large yards and smaller units to docks, islands and pedestrian areas. Equipment is always new and maintained, so mechanical failure does not become your operational problem.
Ice control on heavy-traffic pavement
Constant truck movement compacts snow and polishes ice at dock aprons, gates and ramps. Salt sensors let us apply the right rate for conditions, and our own salt domes keep material available all season.
Documented service for facility teams
GPS records, continuous dash-camera photos, daily audits and post-event inspections give facility managers verifiable proof of service for each event.
Request an industrial site assessment
We will review yard layout, dock access, truck routes and snow storage before the season begins.
