Parking lot snow removal built around your site
Every property is different, so equipment is assigned before the season based on paved area, layout, snow-storage capacity and how the site operates. Large open lots are pushed with loaders, tight corners and islands are serviced with skid steers and trucks, and pedestrian areas are handled by crews on foot.

Active storm servicing, not one visit at the end
We do not wait until snowfall stops. Crews service properties continuously through an event with multiple visits per storm so access is maintained while accumulation is still building. Our own weather stations located throughout the city capture conditions every 10 minutes, which lets us deploy before snow builds up rather than after.

Loaders move volume across open pavement. Skid steers work islands, curb lines and tight corners. Tractors and trucks handle drive aisles and smaller lots. Our equipment is always new and maintained to avoid breakdowns that interrupt service, and with a fleet of over 50 machines we can assign the right unit rather than forcing one machine to do everything.

Snow stacking and storage planning
Push patterns and stacking locations are set during the pre-season site review based on drainage, visibility at exits and how much parking a property can afford to lose. When storage fills up we move to on-site relocation or off-site hauling.
Salting and ice management
Fleet salt sensors track exact application rates for the temperature and conditions, which takes the guesswork out of salting. We own multiple fully stocked salt domes placed strategically across our service area, so supply shortages do not affect service. That combination keeps surfaces treated against slips and falls without over-salting.

Snow relocation and off-site hauling
When piles begin consuming parking spaces or blocking sightlines, we relocate snow on site with loaders, or load and haul it off site to restore full capacity. This is planned in advance rather than improvised mid-winter.

GPS tracking, continuous dash-camera photos, daily property audits before opening and post-event inspections give property managers a clear record of what service occurred and when. Reports and photos are available for every event.
